When does NARUTO CARD GAME launch?+
NARUTO CARD GAME is scheduled for Summer 2027. Exact retail dates and Shinobi Vault availability may be confirmed closer to launch.
Is the Launch List free?+
Yes. Joining the Shinobi Vault Launch List costs €0.
What is Vault Access?+
Vault Access is an optional €2.50 launch tier with earlier access to eligible pre-orders, higher priority in allocation and €2.50 in Shinobi Vault store credit added automatically after successful payment. It is intended to be limited to one per customer.
Does Vault Access guarantee me a product?+
No. Vault Access gives higher priority, but it cannot guarantee a product. Availability depends on the stock allocation Shinobi Vault actually receives.
What happens to the €2.50 Vault Access fee?+
After successful payment, €2.50 in Shinobi Vault store credit is added automatically to the associated customer account. The credit can be used toward a future eligible purchase at Shinobi Vault.
When will pre-orders open?+
We will only open pre-orders after our allocation is confirmed. Vault Access is served first, followed by the Launch List, then public stock if inventory remains.
Will you ship across the EU?+
Shinobi Vault is focused on European customers. The destinations, shipping methods and rates available for your order are shown at checkout and in our Shipping information.
Why does Shinobi Vault wait for allocation?+
Because we do not want to oversell. Our commitment is simple: we don’t sell what we don’t have.
