Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Shinobi Vault, a trade name of Superdealz.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable Dutch or European Union consumer law.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

For services, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

If the final day of the withdrawal period falls on a non-working day, the period may be extended to the next working day where required by applicable law.

If we fail to provide legally required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You can do this by:

  • using the online withdrawal or cancellation function made available by Shinobi Vault;
  • using the Withdrawal Form available on the Shinobi Vault website;
  • sending a clear statement by email to info@shinobivault.com;
  • or otherwise contacting us using the contact details below.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Where you use our online withdrawal function, we will provide an electronic confirmation of your withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

3. Returning Physical Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you are withdrawing from the contract, you must return the relevant goods within 14 days, unless we agree otherwise.

Please contact us before returning goods so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Our return address is:

Shinobi Vault / Superdealz
Aramstraat 32
1336 HS Almere
The Netherlands

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been completed.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

During the withdrawal period, you may inspect and handle goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you could inspect them in a physical store.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

5. Trading Card and Collectible Products

Trading card products and collectibles can lose substantial value once seals, shrink-wrap, packs, decks, boxes or other packaging have been opened or damaged.

Opening packaging does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal where such a right applies.

However, where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, we may make a lawful deduction for any proven reduction in value.

For example, opening booster packs or otherwise using collectible contents may result in a significant reduction in value compared with the product in its original sealed condition.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies.

Examples may include:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • certain sealed audio, video or software products once the seal has been broken;
  • certain digital content where performance has begun after all legally required consent and acknowledgement requirements have been satisfied;
  • services that have been fully performed where all legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied; and
  • other situations expressly excluded by applicable law.

Shinobi Vault will not rely on an exception unless the relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.

7. Refunds Following a Valid Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse the payments that must be refunded under applicable law.

For physical goods, this normally includes:

  • the purchase price; and
  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us for the relevant order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, do not have to be refunded where applicable law allows this.

Refunds will generally be made within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

For returned physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs where they are useful for assessing the problem.

If a product does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights remain fully applicable. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract or refund.

Where we are legally responsible for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, you will not be required to bear costs that legally remain our responsibility, including applicable return costs.

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are not excluded from statutory consumer rights simply because they are pre-orders.

Shinobi Vault follows a confirmed-allocation principle and does not intentionally sell products as confirmed inventory before the relevant allocation has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, delivery, conformity and refund rights remain unaffected.

If an accepted pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and provide any refund required under applicable law.

10. Vault Access

Vault Access is a paid priority-access service for eligible Shinobi Vault launch and pre-order opportunities.

Vault Access is activated after successful payment and is linked to the relevant customer account.

Under the current Vault Access offer, successful payment also results in €2.50 in Shinobi Vault store credit being added to the associated customer account.

Because Vault Access is a service, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from the date on which the contract is concluded.

If you expressly request that performance of the service begins during the withdrawal period, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for services already supplied before withdrawal.

A statutory withdrawal right for a fully performed service can only be lost where all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Where those requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

11. Refunds of Vault Access

If a Vault Access purchase is validly cancelled or refunded, the related Vault Access entitlement may be deactivated.

Any unused store credit granted solely because of that Vault Access purchase may also be reversed where legally permitted.

If store credit granted through Vault Access has already been used before a cancellation or refund, the situation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the transaction.

Vault Access provides priority access only and does not guarantee a product, allocation, pre-order or successful purchase.

12. Store Credit

Shinobi Vault store credit is linked to the relevant customer account and can be used only for eligible purchases at Shinobi Vault.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Where a transaction that generated store credit is subsequently cancelled, reversed or refunded, related unused store credit may be adjusted or removed where legally permitted.

13. Refunds Outside the Statutory Withdrawal Period

After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we are not required to accept a return solely because you have changed your mind, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

14. Return Fraud and Abuse

We may investigate suspected return fraud, payment fraud, abuse of the return process or deliberate manipulation of products before return.

Any measures we take will be proportionate and will not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.

15. Withdrawal Form

Shinobi Vault provides a Withdrawal Form that may be used to notify us of your decision to withdraw from an eligible contract.

Use of the model form is optional. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through any other clear statement or through the online withdrawal function provided on our website.
