Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Shinobi Vault website, customer accounts, products, services and launch-related features.

By placing an order with Shinobi Vault, you enter into an agreement with Superdealz, trading as Shinobi Vault.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable Dutch or European Union law.

1. About Shinobi Vault

Shinobi Vault is a trade name of Superdealz, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

Shinobi Vault / Superdealz

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all orders placed through Shinobi Vault and to services provided through our website or customer accounts, including Vault Access, pre-order access, allocation-related features and store credit.

Additional product-specific information shown on a product page, checkout page or order confirmation forms part of the agreement where applicable.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, mandatory consumer law prevails.

3. Product and Service Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products and services accurately and to keep information current.

Product images, packaging, release information, specifications and other details may change where publishers, manufacturers or distributors update them.

Minor differences in screen display, colour or packaging do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

4. Prices

Prices shown to consumers are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required.

Any additional charges that apply to an order, such as delivery costs, are shown before the customer completes the purchase.

We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been validly concluded, except where required by law or where the customer agrees otherwise.

5. Orders and Formation of the Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant products or services.

A contract is concluded when Shinobi Vault accepts the order in accordance with the checkout process and applicable law.

After an order is placed, we will provide an electronic confirmation containing relevant order information.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

6. When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, for example:

  • the product or service is unavailable;
  • confirmed allocation is insufficient;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
  • payment cannot be authorised or completed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity;
  • the order violates an applicable purchase limit;
  • the customer has provided materially incorrect delivery or account information; or
  • we are legally prohibited from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount that must be returned to you under applicable law.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payment must be made using a valid payment method that you are authorised to use.

Orders or services that require successful payment will not be treated as paid until payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed.

8. Delivery of Physical Products

Available delivery methods, delivery areas and delivery charges are shown on our website or during checkout where applicable.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific binding delivery date.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law regarding delivery time remains fully applicable.

If delivery is delayed or becomes impossible, you retain all rights available under applicable consumer law.

9. Risk During Delivery

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage remains with Shinobi Vault until the goods are received by you or by a third party designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, different legal rules regarding risk may apply.

10. Pre-Orders

A pre-order is an order for a product that is expected to become available at a later date.

Shinobi Vault operates on a confirmed-allocation principle: we do not intentionally sell products as confirmed inventory before the relevant allocation has been confirmed.

Release dates and expected availability may change due to circumstances outside our control, including publisher, manufacturer or distributor changes.

If an accepted pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer and provide any refund required by applicable law.

A pre-order does not reduce or remove any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund rights.

11. Allocation

Certain products, especially limited or highly demanded trading card products, may be subject to distributor allocation.

Where demand exceeds confirmed stock, Shinobi Vault may use a priority process to determine which customers receive access to eligible products.

Any allocation process will be applied consistently with the information presented to customers and applicable consumer law.

12. Vault Access

Vault Access is a paid priority-access service offered by Shinobi Vault for eligible launch and pre-order opportunities.

The current price of Vault Access is shown on the relevant product page before purchase.

Vault Access is activated after successful payment and is linked to the relevant Shinobi Vault customer account.

Vault Access may include:

  • early access to eligible NARUTO CARD GAME pre-orders;
  • higher priority during eligible allocation processes;
  • exclusive launch and availability communications; and
  • store credit as described at the time of purchase.

Vault Access provides priority access only.

Vault Access does not guarantee a product, allocation, pre-order or successful purchase.

Product availability remains dependent on confirmed stock, allocation and customer demand.

13. One Vault Access Per Customer

Vault Access is intended to be limited to one active Vault Access entitlement per customer.

We may use customer account information, order history, customer tags or other reasonable account information to prevent duplicate purchases or abuse of this limit.

This restriction applies to the customer, not to a particular computer, household device or internet connection. Different individuals using the same device may each purchase Vault Access where they otherwise meet the applicable conditions.

14. Vault Access Store Credit

After successful payment for Vault Access, €2.50 in Shinobi Vault store credit is added to the associated customer account under the current Vault Access offer.

The current store credit balance may be displayed within the customer's Shinobi Vault account.

Store credit can be used only for eligible purchases from Shinobi Vault and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

If the transaction that generated store credit is cancelled, reversed or refunded, unused associated store credit may also be reversed where legally permitted.

15. Customer Accounts

Certain features, including Vault Access status and store credit, may require or be linked to a Shopify customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information and for maintaining reasonable control over access to your email account and devices.

You must not use another person's account without permission.

16. Launch List

Joining the Shinobi Vault Launch List is free unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Launch List may provide launch news, availability updates and information about eligible pre-order opportunities.

Joining the Launch List does not guarantee stock, allocation, priority over Vault Access customers or the ability to purchase a product.

17. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance purchases.

Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy and our Withdrawal Form.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory withdrawal, refund, conformity or warranty rights.

18. Legal Guarantee and Conformity

Products must comply with the agreement and applicable statutory conformity requirements.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights including repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

19. Returns Address

Unless different return instructions are provided for a specific case, our return address is:

Shinobi Vault / Superdealz
Aramstraat 32
1336 HS Almere
The Netherlands

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

20. Store Credit

Store credit is linked to the relevant customer account and may be subject to eligibility conditions communicated when the credit is issued.

Store credit is not a bank account, savings product or cash deposit.

Store credit cannot be transferred between customer accounts unless Shinobi Vault expressly agrees or the law requires otherwise.

21. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined where the checkout system does not permit combination.

Promotional conditions do not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.

22. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Shinobi Vault website, customer accounts or services:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • to interfere with website or account security;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
  • to deliberately bypass reasonable customer or purchase limits;
  • to misuse automated purchasing tools in a way that unfairly disrupts access for other customers; or
  • to infringe the rights of Shinobi Vault or third parties.

23. Fraud and Abuse

We may investigate suspected fraud, payment abuse, return abuse, account abuse or deliberate circumvention of purchase limits.

Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may suspend fulfilment, refuse a transaction, restrict an account or take other proportionate measures while an issue is investigated.

This does not remove any mandatory rights you have under consumer law.

24. Intellectual Property

The Shinobi Vault trade name, original website content, original graphics and other original materials created by Shinobi Vault are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, characters, artwork, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Nothing on the website grants you a licence to commercially reproduce protected material except where expressly permitted.

25. NARUTO and Bandai Disclaimer

Shinobi Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected to Bandai, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, TV Tokyo, the NARUTO rights holders or their affiliated companies, unless expressly stated otherwise.

26. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Shinobi Vault website and customer account services available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

27. Liability

Shinobi Vault is responsible for losses where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Shinobi Vault is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded or for losses caused solely by circumstances for which Shinobi Vault is not legally responsible.

Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer law.

28. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Events outside our reasonable control may affect supply, delivery or website operation. Examples may include major carrier disruption, severe technical outages, natural disasters, government measures, industrial action or serious supply-chain disruption.

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.

Mandatory customer rights relating to delayed or failed performance remain unaffected.

29. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it directly.

Shinobi Vault / Superdealz is not currently affiliated with a specific consumer dispute resolution committee.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future transactions when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The Terms that apply to a particular purchase are generally the terms made available in connection with that purchase, subject to applicable law.

We will not retroactively change a concluded consumer contract in a way that removes mandatory rights or creates an unfair disadvantage.

31. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts with Shinobi Vault are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
